March 2009 Master Plumber Exam Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 37 out of 140 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in the cities of Manila and Legazpi last February 2009.

The members of the Board for Master Plumbers who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Virgilio D. Simbulan, Chairman; Arch. Marco F. Bildan and Engr. Jessie M. Mariano, Members.

The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 but not later than March 20, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P450 and Annual Registration Fee of P420 for 2009-2012. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 1:30 in the afternoon at the CSB Hotel, Arellano Ave., corner Estrada Street, Malate, Manila

Registration for membership with National Master Plumbers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (NAMPAP) will also start on Friday, March 27, 2009.

The performance of schools in the February 2009 Master Plumber Licensure Examination in alphabetical order as per R.A. 8981 otherwise known as PRC Modernization Act of 2000 Section 7(m) To monitor the performance of schools in licensure examinations and publish the results thereof in a newspaper of national circulation” is as follows: (Any discrepancy in the report is not intentional on the part of the Commission, but rather due to miscoding of school codes by the examinees themselves.
