March 2009 Master Plumber Exam Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 37 out of 140 passed the Master Plumber Licensure Examination given by the Board for Master Plumbers in the cities of Manila and Legazpi last February 2009.

The members of the Board for Master Plumbers who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Virgilio D. Simbulan, Chairman; Arch. Marco F. Bildan and Engr. Jessie M. Mariano, Members.

The results were released in two (2) working days after the last day of examination.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 but not later than March 20, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete nametag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P450 and Annual Registration Fee of P420 for 2009-2012. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Friday, March 27, 2009 at 1:30 in the afternoon at the CSB Hotel, Arellano Ave., corner Estrada Street, Malate, Manila

Registration for membership with National Master Plumbers Association of the Philippines, Inc. (NAMPAP) will also start on Friday, March 27, 2009.

March 2009 Marine Deck Officers Exam Results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 7 out of 12 examinees have successfully passed the Licensure Examinations for Marine Deck Officers given by the Board for Marine Deck Officers in July 2002 Practical Phase and the Written Phase in February 2009.

The members of the Board for Marine Deck Officers who gave the licensure examinations are Capt. Jaime D. Aquino, Chairman; Capt. Mike L. Castro and Capt. Ireneo U. Delos Santos, Members.

Registration for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Cards will start on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 until March 20, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following: latest Community Tax Certificate; 3 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background) with appropriate shoulder boards, and 1 piece 1” x 1” picture, metered documentary stamps worth P45, and 1 long clear envelope; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P750 for 2009-2014. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

Successful examinees who passed and opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT) will take their oath before the Board on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 1:00 o’ clock in the afternoon at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Roxas Boulevard, Manila.

Registration for membership with the Masters and Mates Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MMAP) will start on Wednesday, March 4, 2009.

February 2009 MARINE DECK OFFICERS LICENSURE EXAMINATION results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 2,032 out of 3,924 examinees passed the written phase of the Marine Deck Officers Licensure Examination for the various ranks given by the Board for Marine Deck Officers in Manila this February 2009. And a total of 333 examinees are exempted from taking the practical examinations as they opted to submit a Certificate of Training and Certificate of Assessment in the Ship Simulator and Bridge Teamwork (SSBT).
The members of the Board for Marine Deck Officers who gave the licensure examinations are Capt. Jaime D. Aquino, Chairman; Capt. Mike L. Castro and Capt. Ireneo U. Delos Santos, Members.

The results were released after three (3) working days from the last day of examinations.

February 2009 PHYSICIAN LICENSURE EXAMINATION results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 1,087 out of 1,685 passed the Physician (Complete, Prelims and Finals with Prelims) Licensure Examination given by the Board of Medicine in the cities of Manila and Cebu this February 2009. The result of examination with respect to one (1) examinee was withheld pending final determination of his liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The results were released in two (2) working days from the last day of examinations.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Monday, February 23, 2009 but not later than Friday, February 27, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2009-2012. November 2008 Nurse Licensure Examination released on February 18, 2009

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 39,455 out of 88,649 passed the Nurse Licensure Examination given by the Board of Nursing in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Sulu and Zamboanga last November 2008.

The members of the Board of Nursing are Carmencita M. Abaquin, Chairman; Leonila A. Faire, Betty F. Merritt, Perla G. Po, Marco Antonio C. Sto.Tomas, Yolanda C. Arugay and Amelia B. Rosales.

December 2008 DENTIST LICENSURE EXAMINATION results

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 296 out of 708 passed the Dentist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Dentistry in Manila this December 2008.
The members of the Board of Dentistry are Dr. Rosita Canlas-Nisce, Chairman; Dr. Norma Reyes-Ayap and Dr. Daniel G. Feraro, Members.

The results were released in two (2) days after the last day of examinations.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will start on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 but not later than January 20, 2009. Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2009-2012. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Monday, January 26, 2009 at 1:30 in the afternoon at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila. STRICTLY BUSINESS ATTIRE FOR ALL SUCCESSFUL EXAMINEES.

November 2008 Nursing Board Exam Results

39,455 Passed the November 2008 Nursing Board Examinations by the Professional Regulation Commission. That’s 44.51% out of 88,649 examinees that took the November 2008 Nursing Board have passed, the Professional Regulatory Commission has announced.

Those who will register are required to bring the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, current Community Tax Certificate (cedula), 2 pieces passport size picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 1 piece 1″ x 1″ picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 sets of metered documentary stamps, and 1 short brown envelope with name and profession; and to pay the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2009-2012. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees in the said examination in Manila as well as the previous ones who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Monday and Tuesday, April 6 and 7, 2009, with morning (8:00 A.M.) and afternoon (1:00 P.M.) sessions at the SMX Convention Center, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City. All must come in their white gala uniform, nurses cap, white duty shoes, without earrings, hair not touching the collar and without corsage.

Oathtaking tickets for the National Capital Region (NCR) and nearby regions will be available at the Philippines Nurses Association (PNA) at 1663 F.T. Benitez Street, Malate Manila, starting March 2, 2009.
